Our PierFresh Premium Seafood division sources the highest quality seafood products from around the globe. Our suppliers are selected for reliability and responsibility as we endevour in our shared commitment to freshness, safety, sustainability, and traceability. In order to achieve these goal we maintain a supply chain with as few degrees of separation as possible.

We source our seafood from a number of processing facilities in coastal areas where suppliers receive fresh products from global and local markets including the Chesapeake Bay area.  Once the product is inspected and processed, it is custom packed in a foam cooler just for you.

The seafood that you order is the same high quality enjoyed by fine seafood restaurants that want to serve the best to their customers.

We also continue to develop and grow our relationships closer to home with some smaller producers as they come on line. A good example is our distribution of farm-raised West Virginia Rainbow Trout. Supporting our communities is a company-wide commitment at Wendling's Food Service as we embrace the "Farm To Table" movement.
